Jefferson Aircraft Spotters at the Maple Museum

Jefferson Aircraft Spotters at the Maple Museum

These two articles appeared in the Gilboa Historical Society Newsletter. The first is a wonderful recreation of the role of air spotters in WW II, by Bob Grigg, the Municipal Historian for the Town of Colebrook, CT and of the Colebrook Historical Society. The second is the story of Jefferson’s Presbyterian church, and how it came to be home to local volunteer air spotters.
